      Mississippi Instant Pot Roast is the perfect dish for the pressure cooker or slow cooker. Made with just 5 ingredients- including McCormick Instant Pot Mississippi Roast Seasoning Mix- it’s on the table and ready for your crew in an hour.

      Chuck roast comes out of the Instant Pot tender and flavorful thanks to a generous sprinkle of Mississippi Roast Seasoning Mix, butter and pepperoncini peppers. Ideal for busy weeknights, it’s also easy to whip up this meal in the slow cooker. Prepare slow cooker roast per the convenient on-pack directions (cook eight hours on low, four hours on high). Seasoning mix is made with McCormick spices. No artificial flavors.

      Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Salt, Buttermilk, Yeast Extract, Spices (including Parsley, Celery Seed), Dextrose, Rendered Beef Fat, Natural Flavor, Sodium Caseinate (milk), Beef Fat, Enriched Bleached Wheat Flour (flour, Malted Barley Flour, Niacin, Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Extractives Of Garlic & Extractives Of Onion.

      Mississippi RoastPrep Time: 10 minutesMakes 8 servingsYou Will Need• 1 pkg. McCormick Seasoning Mix• 2-1/2 to 3 lbs. boneless chuck roast, cut in half• 1 cup water• 1/2 stick butter• 7 pepperoncini peppersInstant Pot Directions1. Add water to pot. Place roast in pot; sprinkle with Seasoning Mix. Top with butter and peppers. Close lid. Set valve to seal.2. Set to cook for 60 minutes on meat/stew function or until meat is tender. When done, quick-release the pressure. Let stand 10 minutes before opening lid. (Check manufacturer's manual for safe operating directions.) Serve roast with peppers and sauce.
