      Creamy Brown Rice Hot Cereal is freshly milled from the finest whole grain brown rice. The mild, nutty flavor pairs well with both sweet and savory toppings. Try it as an alternative to oatmeal for a soothing whole grain breakfast porridge.

      Basic Cooking Instructions: Stovetop: Bring water and salt to a boil. Slowly whisk in cereal, reduce heat to medium-low and cook, whisking frequently, for 8 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand 2 minutes. 1 Serving: Cereal (1/4 cup); water (3/4 cup); salt (pinch). 2 Servings: Cereal (1/2 cup); water (1-1/2 cups); salt (1/8 tsp). 3 servings: Cereal (3/4 cup); water (2-1/4 cups); salt (1/4 tsp). 4 servings: Cereal (1 cup); water (3 cups); salt (1/4 tsp). Microwave: Combine 1/4 cup cereal, 1 cup water and a pinch of salt in a microwave safe bowl. Stir well. Microwave on high for 30 second intervals, stirring after each, until water is fully absorbed. Let stand for 2 minutes. Makes 1 serving. Slow Cooker: Combine 3 cups water, 1/2 tsp salt and 1 cup cereal in a slow cooker. Stir well. Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours or high for 1-2 hours. Stir well and serve. Makes 4 servings.

      Store in a cool, dry place. Keeps best refrigerated or frozen after opening.
