      Ingredients

      Potato Flakes (Potatoes, and May Contain as a Processing Aid Vegetable Monoglycerides, Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Citric Acid), Water, Enriched Durum Wheat Flour (Durum Flour, Niacin, Ferrous Sulfate, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Sicilian Sea Salt, Turmeric, Corn Meal is Used in Processing Gnocchi.

      Directions

      Cooking Instructions: 1. Bring 4-6 quarts of water per pound of pasta to a boil - add salt to taste. 2. Add frozen pasta to boiling water - stir gently with a wooden spoon. 3. Cook for approx 3-5 minutes - when Gnocchi rise to surface of rolling boil, they are typically done. 4. Drain gently and serve.

      Keep frozen.
